• July 10, 2006: Microsoft released a new pricing and licensing arrangement: the Business Ready Licensing model and the Business Ready Enhancement Plan for Microsoft Dynamics GP. The new model is based on the actual number of concurrent users and has three simple offerings: Microsoft Dynamics Business Essentials, Microsoft Dynamics Advanced Management and Microsoft Dynamics Advanced Management Enterprise.

The new arrangement provides a price reduction for a typical entry-level configuration by introducing simplifications and improvements in value to the licensing and maintenance programs. It offers the right balance between simplicity and flexibility by giving to customers a clear and transparent pricing model that simplify their purchase and lower the entry barrier for them.
