Project Management

The Fieldpoint Alert module helps you manage long duration jobs, large installs, and system implementations.  It is fully integrated with the customer time and billing components.  Timesheet entries can be entered directly into a project by using a browser, Portal or Microsoft Outlook.  A complete project rollup is available for accurate billing, WIP, and budget profitability.

The Fieldpoint Alert timesheet tracking system allows your technicians, consultants and support staff to enter their time against incidents and projects. Once the approval system is defined, the system will report on employee utilization, and billable/non billable time.

The software manages all time and billing requirements (prices/costs of Resources, Products, Expenses, and Projects). Customer invoices will be accurate and formatted wether it is a part, pre-paid, per call or per minute billing.
