Training and Education Management
FORUM Training and Education Manager automates management of courses, schedules, instructors, students, locations, registrations, resources, training materials and financial information for training and educational institutions. Specifically:
- Tracks courses, locations, dates, times, room capacities and hotel reservations
- Manages various training sessions or course schedules, along with their respective course descriptions, agenda, materials and inventory items
- Maintains unlimited information on instructors and students
- Assigns instructors to courses and maintains schedules for multiple courses and sessions
- Views instructor utilization by day, week, time or year and
- Assigns and tracks resources and materials needed for specific classes or projects and views the utilization of such resources across all training events or classes by day, week, month or year.
Membership Management
FORUM Membership Manager enables associations and member-based organizations to effectively manage member information, committees, enrollment processes, renewals, dues, resources, meetings, training activities and finance-related information. Specifically:
- Organizes, tracks and stores critical information on a member-by-member basis
- Tracks individual meeting schedules, goals and accomplishments for different committees
- Organizes, tracks and manages detailed activity, attendee, vendor, resource, personnel, marketing and financial-related information and
- Manages and executes marketing campaigns for membership recruitment and renewal via email, direct mail or fax.
