FORUM Events Manager automates the event management process by organizing, tracking and managing detailed event, activity, exhibitor, attendee, vendor, resource, personnel, marketing and financial information. Specifically:
- Schedules events, tracks and manages event locations, breakout sessions, hotel reservations, accommodations, facilities, revenues, expenses and more
- Generates and tracks agenda, materials, and inventory items required for each event
- Segments and allocates booth space for exhibitors, tracks payment information, and captures attendee profile data
- Stores and organizes prospect and attendee profile information
- Automates planning and execution of email and direct mail campaigns
- Maintains detailed customer and prospect information
- Assigns personnel to appropriate event or projects and allows viewing of individual schedules by period and
