Elissa Epstein has been with Bortell Pty Ltd since 2001 primarily in the accounts/administration role. Many of you will know her as the voice at the other end of the line when telephone calls are made. Elissa has also been responsible for the establishment of the Contract Book-keeping Division of Bortell Pty Ltd.

Prior to joining Bortell, Elissa completed an Assoc Dip Bus (Accounting) and commenced a BBs(Finance). Elissa began her career with State Bank Victoria and the subsequent takeover of the State Bank by Commonwealth Bank Australia where she worked for 6 years.  Following her time at the Commonwealth Bank Elissa joined the Fountain Gate Hotel as primarily the in house Accountant.  During her time with the Hotel, she was responsible for the successful set-up of the Tabaret operations ensuring that the Fountain Gate Hotel became a regular top five venue for Tabaret operations throughout Victoria.  Elissa was with the Hotel for in excess of 9 years when she met Mark Gaddie from Bortell PTY LTD who whisked her away to join him in life and business.
