Duncan is an experienced IT professional with about 8 year’s experience. He has recently finished up with  a small CRM consultancy where he worked as a Consultant Programmer. Duncan is now continuing to develop his CRM skills and work on exciting projects with Bortell. Duncan is responsible for assisting in tenders for projects and the customisation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM developments. Previously Duncan worked with Support Group Services as an Analyst Programmer within CRM.

Duncan has solid CRM skills as has worked with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for 3 years; he also has experience in C# and web development. Duncan also holds MSc Computer Science from University of Kent, Canterbury, UK.
